Todos los productos de Fairy of Lashes son de marcas originales.
Cambios o devoluciones:
Cuando un producto se entregue defectuoso o en mal estado, el consumidor y/o usuario dispondrá de un plazo de 7 días naturales contados a partir de la fecha de recepción del producto para la devolución del mismo sin incurrir en ningún coste salvo los gastos relativos al envío y devolución que serán asumidos por parte del cliente. Se establecen las siguientes excepciones (entre otras): a) El suministro de bienes precintados que no sean aptos para ser devueltos por razones de protección de la salud o de higiene y que hayan sido desprecintados tras la entrega. b) El suministro de bienes que después de su entrega y teniendo en cuenta su naturaleza se hayan mezclado de forma indisociable con otros bienes. El producto tiene que ser devuelto en perfecto estado y en su embalaje original. Hay que empaquetar el producto de forma que no sea posible su deterioro en el transporte, asumiendo éste los posibles daños durante el mismo.
En toda devolución de un producto defectuoso, Fairy of Lashes comprobará el defecto y lo sustituirá por otro nuevo.
NO SE ADMITE DEVOLUCIÓN DEL PRODUCTO cuando presente signos evidentes de uso o esté desprecintado.

Gastos de envío
Los gastos de envío serán facturados al cliente, estos gastos difieren dependiendo del destino del mismo. Los cargos correspondientes a aduanas e impuestos locales deberán ser abonados por el cliente en el momento de recibir el envío.
Anulaciones
Si una vez realizada la compra se desea anular un pedido que todavía no ha sido expedido, se puede hacer siempre y cuando se indique mediante el WhatsApp al +17864689217 si el pedido ya fue enviado no podremos cancelar el pedido. El cliente correrá con cualquier gasto de envíos que se haya realizado.

Shipping costs
